Gymikurse – Vertragsbedingungen
Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung kann schriftlich, über das Internet oder persönlich bei uns in der Schule erfolgen. Telefonische Anmeldungen sind nicht möglich. Mit der Anmeldung anerkennen Sie diese Vertragsbedingungen und die aktuelle Preisliste.
Zeugnisnoten
Um einen wirkungsvollen Kurs zu ermöglichen, sind für die Kursteilnahme gewisse Minimalnoten erforderlich. Mit der Kursanmeldung (max. 7 Tage nach Anmeldedatum) muss eine Kopie des aktuellsten Schulzeugnisses eingereicht werden.
Rechnungsstellung
Die einzelnen Kursteile werden separat verrechnet. Die Zahlungsfrist beträgt normalerweise 30 Tage – die Zahlung muss jedoch in jedem Fall vor Kursbeginn erfolgen.
Absenzen
Die Kurse sind regelmässig zu besuchen. Im Verhinderungsfall bitten wir um eine Abmeldung durch die Eltern.
Bei Absenzen gibt es keine Reduktion des Kursgeldes.
Kurswechsel (Tag und / oder Zeiten)
Möchten Sie Ihr Kind innerhalb des gleichen Kursteils umteilen lassen (andere Tage oder Zeiten), so ist dies gegen eine Umtriebsentschädigung von CHF 25.– pro Umteilung möglich.
Kursausfall
In der Regel kommt es zu keinen Kursausfällen. Bei einem Ausfall der Lehrperson unterrichtet normalerweise eine Ersatz-Lehrperson. Ist dies nicht möglich, teilen wir die Schüler:innen nach Möglichkeit vor Ort in eine andere Gruppe ein (die Teilnehmerzahl kann in einem solchen Fall über 6 liegen) oder wir bieten eine Alternative an.
Kündigung
Eine Kündigung ist nur durch den Vertragspartner möglich. Die Kündigung erfolgt schriftlich, per E-Mail oder Brief. Als Kündigungsdatum gilt das Versanddatum (resp. Datum des Poststempels).
Bei Kündigung bis 30 Tage vor Kursstart wird eine Annullationsgebühr von CHF 25.– pro Kursmodul fällig. Der gesamte Kurs besteht aus 6 Kursmodulen, nämlich Kursteile 1 bis 3 Mathematik und Kursteile 1 bis 3 Deutsch bzw. Sprachen.
Bei einer Kündigung bis zwei Wochen (14 Tage) vor Kursstart wird eine Annullationsgebühr von CHF 50.– pro Kursmodul fällig.
Erfolgt die Kündigung weniger als 14 Tage vor Kursstart oder wird der Kurs ohne Mitteilung nicht angetreten, ist der gesamte Kursbetrag fällig.
Kündigung bei Lockdown
Sollte ein gebuchter Kursteil aufgrund eines Beschlusses durch die Behörden wegen einer Pandemie nicht als Präsenzunterricht stattfinden können (oder abgebrochen werden müssen), so wird er bis auf Weiteres als Live-Videokurs durchgeführt bzw. fortgesetzt.
Der Vertragspartner hat in diesem Fall die Möglichkeit, den Kurs jederzeit mit einer einwöchigen Kündigungsfrist zu annullieren. Die Kursgebühr wird pro rata rückerstattet, abzüglich der Annullationsgebühr. Diese beträgt CHF 25.- pro Kursmodul.
Kündigung durch die Schule
Aus wichtigen Gründen kann die Schule den Vertrag jederzeit und ohne Einhaltung einer Frist kündigen. Als wichtige Gründe gelten z.B. fehlende Motivation, Störung des Schulbetriebes, Sachbeschädigungen etc.
Umteilung Schüler
Bei Bedarf (z.B. bei einer den Unterricht störenden Klassendynamik oder bei Klassenzusammenführungen wegen zu kleinen Kassen) teilen wir einzelne Schüler:innen in eine andere Klasse um. Diese Umteilungen sind obligatorisch, haben aber keinen Einfluss auf den Kursort oder die Kurszeit.
Versicherung
Die Versicherung ist Sache der Kursteilnehmenden, resp. deren Erziehungsberechtigten.
Miete iPad und / oder Visualizer
Wenn gewünscht, können Sie ein iPad und einen Visualizer von uns für die Zeit des Kurses mieten.
Die Geräte müssen innert einer Woche nach Kursabschluss gereinigt, geladen und vollständig (inklusive Originalverpackung) zurückgegeben werden. Die Rückgabe erfolgt persönlich im Logos Lehrerteam, Nüschelerstrasse 49, 8001 Zürich.
Während der Mietdauer haften Sie persönlich im Falle von Diebstahl, Beschädigung etc. für die gemieteten Geräte.

Möchten Sie Ihr Kind in eine andere simulierte Prüfung umteilen (es werden pro Jahr bis zu vier simulierte Prüfungen durchgeführt), so ist dies vor Kursstart kostenfrei möglich.

Preparation Courses for the Gymnasium (“Gymikurse”) – terms and conditions
Registration
Registration must be made in writing, via our website or in person at our school. Registrations by phone are not possible. With your registration you accept our terms and conditions here below and the current costs.
School Grades
In order for the course to be effective, we require certain minimum grades (→Minimalnoten). A copy of the most recent school report must be submitted within 7 days after registration.
Invoicing
The three different parts of the course are invoiced separately – usually 30 days before the respective part starts. Payment must be made before the beginning of the course.
Absences
The course must be attended on a regular basis. Parents must inform the front office of Logos Lehrerteam in advance if a lesson cannot be attended.
There is no reduction of fees for lessons not attended.
Change of course (day and/or times)
If you want to make changes to your original booking (i.e. different times or days), we charge an administration fee of CHF 25.00 per change.
Cancellation of classes
In general no classes are cancelled. If a teacher is not available on a certain day, a substitute teacher will take over or else we assign the students to another group (the number of participants can then be more than 6). As an exception we offer an alternative option.
Cancellation of bookings
Cancellation of a booking can only be done by the contracting party in writing (e-mail or letter). The date of cancellation is the date of the email (or the date of the stamp).
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the beginning of the course, a cancellation fee of CHF 25.- per course module will be charged. The entire course consists of 6 course modules - course parts 1 to 3, both mathematics and language.
In case of cancellation up to two weeks (14 days) before the beginning of the course, a cancellation fee of CHF 50.- per course module is due.
If cancellation is done less than 14 days before the course starts or if there is a no-show, the entire course fees are due.
Cancellation in case of a lock-down
If a course module cannot be held physically because of a lock-down ordered by the authorities due to a pandemic, it will be held or continued as a live video course until further notice.
In such a case the contract partner may cancel the course at any time with one week's notice. The course fee will be refunded pro rata, excluding cancellation fee (CHF 25.- per course module).
Cancellation by the school
The school may cancel the contract for important reasons (e.g. lack of motivation, disruption of school operations, damage to property, etc.) at any time and without notice.
Reallocation of pupils
If need be (e.g. in case of class dynamics disturbing the lessons or in case of class mergers due to the size of the classrooms), we may reassign individual students to a different class though not affecting time or place of the course.
Insurance during the course
Insurance is the responsibility of the student or his/her legal guardian.
Rental conditions of iPad and / or visualizer
If you wish, you may rent an iPad and/or a visualizer from us during the time of the course.
The devices must be cleaned, charged and returned complete (including original packaging) within one week after the end of the course. The equipment must be returned personally at Logos Lehrerteam, Nüschelerstrasse 49, 8001 Zurich.
During the rental period, you are liable for the rented equipment in the event of theft, damage, etc.

Absences
Any absence must be communicated by the parents in advance.
Please note that there is no reduction of fees if a simulated exam is not attended.
Change of Date
If you like to reschedule your child to another simulated exam (there are up to four simulated exams per year offered), you can do this free of charge before the first simulated exam takes place.
